Letter from the Editors
Last year was a historic year for The Radar. In the 2025-2026 school year, we released five editions (including our first April Fool’s special), held a presidential forum, added a games section, and produced the first print edition in over a decade. None of this could have been possible without the help of the administration, constant support from our amazing faculty advisor, Ms. Harris, and the student body’s continued interest in reading The Radar.
This year, The Radar has grown to continue serving the College Prep community with relevant, captivating, dynamic, and rigorous journalism. Part of this new era of The Radar includes expanding our team. This year, we have introduced a new, formal position: Staff Writer. Staff Writers now play a vital role in creating articles that will go on to be edited by our exceptionally talented Section Editors. Any student is more than welcome to apply to become a Staff Writer, and we look forward to working with our entire team to build journalistic skills and widen the scope of our paper.
With this new leadership team, we will continue to push The Radar forward by covering the stories that matter most to our community, from the culture of our school to the wider world we inhabit. Our intention is that every edition sparks conversation, challenges assumptions, and gives each student a reason to stay on The Radar. And you know why? Because we are all…ON THE RADAR!
Once again, thank you for your readership, your feedback, and your curiosity.
Your Editors-in-Chief,
Andrew Martinovsky, Vick Agarwal, Jaeda Nunes, and Sophie Martin
