Interview conducted by Jessie H. '28

It’s a sunny afternoon on November 4th, 2025. Agape and I sit on a bench next to the Admissions Office…The interview begins.
Jessie: Hi Agape, welcome to your Seniors of CPS interview! We’re gonna start with some rapid-fire questions and then move on to some longer-response ones. Ready?
Agape: Yep!
Jessie: Okay! Favorite Trader Joe’s snack?
Agape: Oooh, I really like their rice cracker mix…like, I don’t know exactly what they’re called, but—
Jessie: Yes, those are good.
Agape: Yeah, I really like that right now.
Jessie: Mhm. Best way to spend a rainy day?
Agape: Umm…in your bed, no homework…scary movie.
Jessie: Mmm, that’s great. Oh my gosh, what a choice. Okay, one thing on your bucket list?
Agape: On my bucket list? I think I’d like to go to every continent.
Jessie: Huh! How many have you been to so far?
Agape: Three, I guess…two.
Jessie: That’s good! Okay, umm…let’s do one more. What’s your go-to day of the week?
Agape: Ummm, I’d be down with Thursdays and Sundays.
Jessie: Great! So now let’s go on to some longer-response questions. What’s one of your favorite CPS memories?
Agape: Favorite CPS memory…umm, probably the museum project in junior year. I had the best group ever — I had Camille, Zia, and Scarlett, who are all dear friends of mine. And we did it about flappers, and it was so fun.
Jessie: Flappers? What are flappers?
Agape: Yeah. laughs Do you know, like, Clara Bow? It’s kind of like…a genre of female entertainers in the 1920s. They were really radical and broke social norms and stuff.
Jessie: That’s really cool.
Agape: Yeah! We did it about that, and it was so much fun to create. We’d work on it in class, and then work on it at Scarlett’s house — it was just really great, actually.
Jessie: That sounds like a lot of fun!
Agape: And we got a good grade soooo…
Jessie: Laughs An added bonus! Where do you see yourself in five years?
Agape: Umm…I guess hopefully I’m in my last year of college. I hope that’s going well for me, and that I feel well prepared for the next step.
Jessie: Mhm.
Agape: Yeah, but I see myself having a successful senior year.
Jessie: That’s great. If you could say thank you to one place on campus, what would it be?
Agape: Probably the admissions office. I hang out there all the time, and it’s like the best place ever.
Jessie: Mhm, I love the admissions team — they’re so friendly.
Agape: Yeah, they’re awesome.
Jessie: Okay, that’s all the questions we have today. Thank you so much!
Agape: Cool!
